Kapa security serves has established well defined recruitment, training and appraisal policies that are only the best guards on assignments.
Monitoring and supervision of guards at assignments is carried out by three levels of management supervisors and senior management at random checks.

TRAINING

They undergo a minimum of eight weeks training. The training is comprehensive and covers all aspects of security that a guard is expected to encounter on duty. Lectures are handled by instructors with military or police background. We also move in to lecture our guards at their places of work to keep them informed of current events on security issues.
